Yoghurt ice cream with strawberries according to Hamánek

You will need

Plain full-fat yoghurt	1 cup
Hamánek baby food with strawberries	180 g
Raw sugar	80 g
Strawberries	250 g
Nuts and fresh mint	for garnishing

Cooking instructions

Place the cleaned strawberries into the freezer for 3 hours. Then mix them with the yoghurt and strawberry purée and blend. Beat sugar into the mixture and place in the freezer for another 45 minutes. Serve in bowls garnished with grated nuts and a sprig of fresh mint.
